Actions Speak Louder Than Words

I work at a university, and earlier this year I saw one of our nutrition professors walking across campus eating a handful of fresh, whole green beans as a snack. I chuckled and thought to myself, "She really practices what she teaches!" Students who saw her must have surely been impacted by her healthful snack choice, because, as we all know, actions speak louder than words.

As a Christian woman, how loudly do your actions speak for you? Are you all talk and no follow through? Living a life of integrity, filled with grace, prayer, social action and a well-tended home speak volumes. And I believe that such thoughtful measures in one's life do more to attract others than any other means. As Proverbs 31 Women it is the best example we can set in our families and communities.
